Fabtech International, Fab Tech 2010, & AWS Welding Show, Atlanta, Georgia USA

The 2010 FABtech International & AWS Welding Show will bring together a new array of products, services, and technical experts like never before. As North America's largest metal forming, fabricating, tube and pipe and welding trade show, Fabtech is continually growing with the addition of the METALFORM pavilion, displaying innovations in stamping technology. By combining shows, the industry will have an estimated 25,000 show attendees, buyers, and exhibitors at the convention, from November 2-4, 2010. The first official combined exhibition was 2009, in Chicago, but the recently formed partners have agreed to add this new show element at the 2010 FABTECH International Show, coordinating the calendar process.

The Precision Metalforming Association (PMA) is a commercial trade association representing the $90 billion dollar metalforming industry in North America. The PMA www.pma.org has over 1,200 member companies including metal stampers, fabricators, spinners, slide formers and roll formers, as well as suppliers of equipment, materials, and services. The coordinated events of the METALFORM tradeshows and MetalForming magazine combine their education, technical seminars, professional and social networking as a way to increase competitiveness and profitability. Joining the FABtech shows is another step forward helping innovative member companies grow and stay competitive.

The Annual FABTECH International/AWS Welding Show is the longest running, annual North American event dedicated to showcasing the entire industry of sheet metal forming and fabricating, welding, stamping, and tube and pipe equipment. It brings together the biggest industry associations, like the American Welding Society www.aws.org. It is recognized as the world's largest organization dedicated to the advancement of the science, technology, and application of welding and allied processes including joining, brazing, soldering, cutting, and thermal spray. The American Welding Society has 50,000 members around the world.

Other co-sponsors of the annual FABtech show are The Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME). www.pma.org The SME is a professional membership society of more than 500,000 manufacturing engineers and executives supporting education in and about the manufacturing industry. Professional development resources, publications, and expositions like FABtech help the SME increase knowledge of manufacturing engineering and share the latest trends and technologies derived from members in over 75 countries.

The Fabricators & Manufacturers Association, International, is yet another co-sponsor of the FABtech International & AWS Welding Show. As a non-profit educational association, the FMA is dedicated to metal forming and fabricating professionals as the world's largest educational association for the industry, with thousands of members worldwide.

The FMA provides professional education opportunities and technical information through its award-winning magazines, extensive research services, and by co-sponsorship of the industry events and exhibitions, like the FABTECH International series. Visit the Fabricators & Manufacturers Association, International at www.fmanet.org.

The National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) is the industry partner of the FABtech Show. NAM is the U.S.'s largest industrial trade association and Washington, D.C.'s voice for manufacturers in all 50 states. With regional offices across the country, the FABtech show is an opportunity to meet everyone from those who represent industry to legislators. Visit the NAM exhibit and conferences during the FABtech show. Visit the Web site at www.nam.org for more information about domestic U. S. manufacturing and its importance to the economy.

Plan now to join other industry colleagues at the 2010 FABtech International & AWS Welding Show in Atlanta Georgia, November 2-4, 2010. The show Web site is www.fmafabtech.com.
